Dc. Şükrü Boz was born in Antalya on 12.06.1987. He completed his first, middle and high school education in Antalya and later graduated from Suleyman DEMIREL University Faculty of Medicine in 2014. He worked as a Practitioner physician in the emergency department of Afyonkarahisar Cratekli State Hospital between 2014-2018.
Between 2018-2020, he was the Director of Public Health Services of Afyonkarahisar Bolvadin District Health Directorate, Afyonkarahisar Provincial Health Directorate between 2020-2022.
Hoca Ahmet Yasevi International Turkish-Kazakh University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences completed its master's degree in Management of Health Institutions in 2022.
Since December 2022, he has been the Deputy Chief Physician of Afyonkarahisar State Hospital. He is married and has 1 child.

She was born in Eskisehir on 03.02.1986. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Eskisehir.
she graduated from Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine In 2010. 2010 From – 2012 he served as a general practitioner in Hakkari-Semdilli.
She completed her Emergency Medical Assistant education at Afyonkarahisar University of Health Sciences.Since 2017, he has been working as an Emergency Medicine Specialist in Afyonkarahisar State Hospital. Since November 2025, he has been the deputy chief physician in Afyonkarahisar State Hospital.
Married is a mother of 1 child.

Specialist Dc. Ahmet GÜRBÜZ
In 1975, the Black Sea was born in Eregli. He completed my first secondary school education in Eregli and Alapli and graduated from Ataturk University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. He then served as a general practitioner for five years in Zonguldak and completed his Anesthesia assistant training in Anesthesia Reanimation Department at Pamukkale University between 2004 and 2009. As an anesthesiologist, Kastamonu Dr. Munif completed his compulsory service in the State Hospital of Islamoglu. After ten years as a physician and manager in the private sector, he started to work as an Anesthesiologist at Afyonkarahisar State Hospital in 2024. He is married and has two children.
