She completed her spacialization training in otorhinolaryngology , from İzmir Training snd Research Hospital in 2003.She worked,Kahramanmaraş Göksun, Afyonkarahisar Bolvadin State Hospital and private hospital as a otorhinolaryngology specialist. He has been working as an otolaryngologist at Afyonkarahisar State Hospital since 2010. She has been working as te Assistant Head Doctor since February ,2019.Civelek is married an has two children.

He was born on 24.04.1982 in Konya.he completed his primiray,secondary and high school education in Konya. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2009.
Respectively;he worked as a practitioner for 4.5 months,including 1 mont as the Deputy Head of the Health Group in Konya Akören Health Center. He worked as an Emergency Service Physician at İzmir Karşıyaka State Hospital for 1.5 years. He worked as an emergency service physician for 4 years,including 1 year Emergency Department Physician at Afyonkarahisar State Hospital
He completed his Master’s degree in Anadolu University,Department of Health Management,and is the Deputy Chief Physician of Afyonkarahisar State Hospital.Oğuz Serdar Bayrak speaks English.

She was born in Eskişehir on 30/10/1973.After completing her primary,secondary and high school education in Ankara.She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1997.
She worked as aHealth Center Physician in Afyonkarahisar betwen 1998 and 2007,as Director of Inpatient Treatment Services Branch of Afyonkarahisar Provincial Health Directorate between 2007 and 2010,Deputy Director of Health at Afyonkarahisar Provincial Health Directorate 2010-2017 and Afyonkarahisar Provincial Health Directorate Public Health Directorate between 2017-2020.He served as the Head of Health Services.
She completed her Master of Business Administration in 2020 within the scope of Adyon Kocatepe University Undergraduate Combination Program.As of 2021,she is still working as the Deputy Chief Physician of Afyonkarahisar State Hospital .Deniz Fırat speaks english.she is married and has a child.

Specialist Dc.Salim Susuz was born on 18.02.1982 in Afyonkarahisar. He completed his primary,secondary and high school education in Afyonkarahisar. After completed his medical education at Eakişehir Osmangazi Universityy ,he worked as a general practitioner in Afyonkarahisar Sinanpaşa District Küçükhüyük Town for 9 monts between 2006-2007.after receiving his specialty training from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Internal Diseases Department,he started to work as an Internal Medicine Specialist at Afyonkarahisar State Hospital in November 2011.He has been working as the Deputy Chief physician Afyonkarahisar State Hospital since July 2020.

Dc. Gülsün Ateş Doğan was born in 1978 in Hamburg,Germany.She graduated from Hamburg Eppendorf Faculty of Medicine after completinf her primary,secondary and high schooleducation in Germany and settled in Turkey in 2007.Between 2008 and 2010,she worked at Uşak State Hospital and 112 Provincial Ambulance Services.Between,2010-2011,she worked as a Family Physician in Fatih District of İstanbul.She worked at the Command and Control Center affiliated to the Provincial Ambulance Service between 2016-2021.as of 2021,she still Afyonkarahisar State Hospital.She is Deputy Chief physician.She has a certificate and many years of experience in disaster and emergency response and coordination.She speaks german,Karachay and English very well.
